  • Aquatic Safety Risk Assessments & Compliance Audit

    This is an on-site service that includes a risk assessment of the aquatic related areas of the facility or waterfront. Assessor’s are highly experienced aquatic professionals and apply judgement to the assessment. The compliance audit documents the facilities compliance with local / provincial health regulations. A report is provided at the completion of the risk assessment and audit.

  • Aquatic Incident Review

    Includes the review of a major aquatic incident. This includes a review of relevant documentation related to the incident, facility procedures applicable to the incident, and relevant regulations and codes that may apply. Reports include an incident summary, statements of what worked well, what can be improved, along with recommendations to prevent similar incidents.

  • Aquatic Incident Legal Case Review and Opinion

    Includes a review of documentation provided by the legal team, and a written report answering specific questions posed.

  • Aquatic Facility Management Services

    Contract management of aquatic facility services.

  • Safety and Supervision Plan Review

    Includes an in depth review of your safety and supervision plan documentation. Report provided following review with what is working well, what can be improved, along with recommended changes for consideration.

  • Lifeguard Systems Review

    Includes a site visit, observation of the existing lifeguard system in effect, input from staff, and analysis of the reviewer. A report is provided following the review that includes what is working well, areas for improvement and recommendations for consideration.

  • Pool Patrol Evaluator

    Involves an Aquatic Safety Canada consultant visiting your facility as a secret shopper on an agreed upon day and time to conduct a facility assessment that reviews the application of admission policies, customer service experience, facility cleanliness, and lifeguard readiness. Following each site visit we provide management with a report that documents our observations of the evaluated items.
